What the Role Entails Marketing Strategy Development: Participate in developing the product’s global launch strategy. Lead end-to-end marketing execution in target regions from 0 to 1, covering key milestones such as product testing, pre-registration, launch, and version updates, including planning and execution. Brand Building & User Insights: Build and shape the product’s brand image. Deeply analyze the core needs and cultural characteristics of ACG (anime-style) user communities across different regions, support product positioning and brand strategy development, and design targeted marketing and promotion plans. Integrated Marketing & Resource Management: Integrate internal and external resources to manage comprehensive marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media, content marketing, KOL/Vtuber collaborations, offline landmark advertising, cross-industry partnerships, and community operations. Take full ownership of project progress and campaign results.
Who We Look For 3+ years of overseas marketing experiencein the gaming industry; candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end (0 to 1) marketing for ACG games are preferred. Strong understanding of major social media platforms in target markets, with established business resources among KOLs/Vtubers and media vendors. Excellent project management skills, strong creative and strategic planning capabilities, and solid copywriting skills. A passionate ACG and gaming enthusiast with deep cultural understanding. Willing and able to travel between China and Japan based on project needs.
